Marcello Ascenzi is an Italian Chartered Accountant specialising in domestic and international taxation, corporate advisory and private wealth planning. For more than twenty years, he has advised multinational groups, companies, entrepreneurs, investors, family offices and private clients on complex tax, corporate and strategic matters.
He graduated with honours in both Business Administration and Law and developed his professional expertise within some of the world's leading international advisory firms. After gaining extensive experience at Deloitte and Ernst & Young, he joined the Tax Department of the General Electric Group, where he advised on domestic and cross-border transactions, developing significant expertise in corporate taxation, business reorganisations and international transactions.
In 2017, he founded Sactis, an independent boutique advisory firm specialising in international taxation, corporate advisory and private wealth planning. The Firm was established with the objective of providing clients with highly specialised, tailor-made advice focused on delivering practical, efficient and commercially driven solutions.
Throughout his career, Marcello Ascenzi has advised Italian and multinational companies, corporate groups, entrepreneurs, senior executives, investors and family offices on corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, international tax planning, global mobility for individuals, wealth protection and succession planning, as well as the structuring of domestic and international investments.
He works through a well-established international network of professionals, coordinating multi-jurisdictional projects and providing an integrated approach to the tax, corporate and wealth planning aspects of complex transactions.
Alongside his professional practice, Marcello Ascenzi is actively involved in academic and scientific research. He is the author of five books and more than three hundred publications on tax law, international taxation and corporate law. He regularly contributes to leading professional journals and serves as an Adjunct Professor at LUISS Guido Carli University and Sapienza University of Rome, where he teaches courses in corporate and international taxation.

She holds a Diploma in Business and Marketing and has developed extensive experience in corporate administration, accounting and management control, acquiring broad expertise in the organisation of administrative processes and the day-to-day management of businesses.
Within Sactis, she oversees the administrative team and supervises general accounting, financial reporting, administrative planning and the coordination of relationships with clients, external advisors and professional service providers, contributing to the high standards of efficiency and quality that distinguish the Firm's services.
In addition, she serves as Director of several companies, supporting entrepreneurs and investors in the administrative, financial and operational management of their businesses. Throughout her career, she has gained significant experience in corporate governance, business administration and the coordination of management activities, providing strategic support to directors and senior management in the day-to-day operation and development of their companies.
